Terms and Conditions

This website www.wildrootsuae.com (“the Site”) is owned and operated bywww.wildrootsuae.com (“we”, “us”, “|”). If you (visitor to the site, Purchaser, customer, or corporate client) have any queries about these terms and conditions, or if you have any comments or complaints on or about our website, you can contact us directly via +97144498051 or info@wildrootsuae.com.
By using the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Wild Roots privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Site. Wild Roots reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the site and download this document periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, Wild Roots may terminate your use of the Site and/or take appropriate legal action against you. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Throughout this document, the business will now be referred to as ‘Wild Roots’.

Indoor play, and classes:

The indoor playground is a shoe-free environment. Socks are required to be worn at all times. Guests must bring socks with them, if not these can be purchased upon arrival.
Parents/Guardians must inform the centre of any children attending with food allergies at the point of booking or up to two days in advance (We are NOT a Nut-free Environment). Wild Roots is not responsible for any injuries, theft, loss or damage incurred while on our premises. All activities are conducted at your own risk. Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of their parents and caregivers. We have a strict “No-Bullying” policy. Children who display aggressive behaviour towards their peers will be asked to leave without a refund. All activities are conducted at your own risk, Wild Roots is not liable for any accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of any kind. Class schedules will be showcased in the venue, on the website and on social media channels, they are on a first come first served basis. Class hosts are there to facilitate the class for that hour, it is not the responsibility of the host to supervise children. All terms and conditions and prices are subject to change without notice.

Wild Roots Play Area Rules

  • Shoes are not allowed in the play area. All adults and children must wear socks when entering the paly area. Socks are available for purchase.
  • No food and drinks are allowed in the play area.
  • Parents and guardians - not Wild Roots staff - are responsible for children and must remain on site at all times.
  • All guests must wash or sanitise their hands before entering the play area.
  • Wild Roots is not responsible for ana lost, damaged or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.
  • Children should play in the play areas appropriate to their age.
  • Only children 10 years of age or younger are allowed to play on the play area equipment.
  • Wild Roots has a ZERO Bullying policy. Any child or adult seen bullying harassing others will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Children should not climb up slides, or onto any tables or chairs.

Participation Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Hold Harmless Agreement

I, and as parent or legal guardian of the child (or children) whose name is set forth below(each referred to as a “Participant” and collectively referred to as the “Participants”) and inconsideration for the Participants being permitted to participate in the Activities (as defined below) conducted by Wild Roots Kids Amusement Arcade LC, located at Unit F10, Times Square Center, Dubai, UAE (“Wild Roots”) agree as follows:
  • Activities- Activities shall be defined as the various activities and services offered to Participants by Wild Roots, an indoor play area.
  • I understand that the employees of Wild Roots are not responsible for Participants who utilise the space and the responsibility of the undersigned individual to supervise any minors they bring into the facility.
  • I, and the children under my care, understand and agree to the safety rules and play guidelines as outlined on wildrootsuae.com. I acknowledge that these rules and guidelines may change and that I have read and am familiar with them prior to entering the play area and making use of the facility.
  • COVID-19 WARNING. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are extremely vulnerable.
BY VISITING Wild Roots UAE, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO COVID- 19.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK – In addition to the inherent risk of exposure ot COVID-19, I also understand that the Activities entail the risk of severe bodily injury to the Participants. Injuries that could result may vary but may include (a) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises and sprains; (b) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries and concussions; and (c) catastrophic injuries, including paralysis and even death.
I understand that Wild Roots cannot eliminate all risks or guarantee the safety of the Participants while Participants participate in the Activities. I have made my own investigation of these risks, understand these risks, and assume them knowingly and willingly on behalf of myself and my minor Participant child. Not withstanding these risks and other hazards that may be foreseeable but not specifically identified herein, I, for myself and any minor Participant child, and our respective heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, understand, acknowledge, and expressly and voluntarily assume all risks and full responsibility for any sickness or injury arising out of or related to the Activities.

Indoor Venue Hire:

I agree with all the terms and conditions noted online and or in written communications from Wild Roots. Wild Roots reserves all rights to change its terms and conditions without notification. E-receipt will also be provided through e-mail. Al final payments must be completed prior to the start of the party and any additional ad -ons or additional guest/s or items will lead to recalculating the final invoice but an additional charge will be flagged prior. Wild Roots is not liable for any harm and/or damages caused by usage of our facilities and services. Deposits for venue hire will not be refunded but credit will be kept for future use with a 12-month period.
Guest list and capacity restrictions must be managed by the booker in accordance with the capacity guidelines from Wild Roots.

Booking Your Party

Booking can be made in person, over the phone, WhatsApp or email.
To secure your party, a booking transaction needs to be completed and a non -refundable deposit of 500AED must be made.
You will need to confirm four days prior to the party the number of guests attending and this will be the final charge per head per hour. If you need to reschedule your party this maybe done free of charge fi there si more than two day’s notice. On the day of the party:
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to greet your guests as the party booker. Al accounts need to be settled prior to the departure of Wild Roots.
  • Wild Roots will require all guests to depart upon the agreed time completion of the party to avoid further charges to be incurred.
  • Adults attending the party will need to be pre-agreed by Wild Roots due to space allowance, the party booker and a plus one will be free of charge, and any adults thereafter will ensure a 25AED charge.
  • Outside Food and Beverages, due to health and safety policies and insurance are NOT allowed; we make NO exceptions. The only exception is Birthday cake and birthday Cupcakes/Cake Pops to be served in the party area only. At the end of your party, we will be happy to help pack your leftover foods, but our staff are not responsible for carrying gifts/cake etc to your vehicle.
